Dehydrated Sourdough Starter (20 grams)

Ocean Breeze Bakery's famous starter is named "Jesus." It is a very robust starter used in the bakery to make artisan sourdough bread, focaccia, pizza and various other delicious products.

The starter is fed and dried at peak activity so that it is ready to reconstitute and bake with in a few days. Starter comes with detailed instructions on how to get it ready for baking.

Packet contains 20 grams of starter flakes: 10 grams for getting your starter going and 10 grams for insurance (you know, in case you accidentally use up all of it one day when you start making dough before you have had enough coffee).
